I am Jeromy Romain Sellar from Baticaloa district and working for Room to Read Organization as a Senior Program Associate. I am very much interested to work for women development.  Being Traditional and Cultural Barriers, women are unable to access and enjoy the rights and freedom. The decisions and needs are defined by the existing patriarchic society. A dream that I have, women are enjoying the rights and equality. Women live in self- determination and aspiration.
