Our mission is to enhance the capacity of rural communities to democratically identify and address their own development needs and to provide services that contribute to economically viable socially and ecologically sustainable development of Sri Lanka and to strengthen civil society by mobilizing advantaged communities, building institutional capacities and linking community –based .Organizations with each other and with external resources, to ensure the psychological social and economic well being of conflict and disaster affected communities and facilitate the shift from relief aid to self- reliance and sustainable development. To improve sustainable rural development by offering training support and services in micro finance, enterprise formation and management, agricultural production and marketing sustainable technology development and community based natural resource management.
